This summer we will be attending Camp Rokilio, August 9 - 12th.  

Below is a link to download the BSA Medical Form.  All campers (including adults) need to complete forms A and B.  You do NOT need a physical to attend camp, but you must list your immunization records.

All Chaperones must take the Youth Protection Training Annually. Follow the link below and take the online training. Print out Two Certificates, one for camping and one for the packs records.
