See the letter attached below regarding our tie blanket donations to the Strohman Foundation. The picture shows one of the recipients!

My neighbor, 92 year old ***, has been thankful for the cards she has received from local Girl Scouts with her "meals-on-wheels."   When I finished shoveling her driveway today, she shared with me a Christmas card and a Valentines Day card she had received...from Girl Scout Troops 11032 and 11034.

She was a Girl Scout leader long ago, helped during the time of construction of Camp Catherine...so these cards really brightened her day.

The guests, volunteers and staff would like to thank everyone in (SU 174) for spreading holiday cheer at the Lodge.   Everything was a big hit!  Especially the earrings, they are almost all gone!  Your note said to let you know if we needed more, and it looks like we do.  We truly appreciate your thinking of us!

Another Blanket Thank You

Some of our tie blankets are going to Camp Dragonfly, for bereaved children. We received a lovely thank you picture via the Strohman Foundation.
